AMC
Before the start of AMC we survey the plant & existing install base of automation systems. Under this contract We undertake the following services.
1) Routine check for Healthiness of the installed PLC hardware and HMI
software.
2) Checking Panel Wiring, Power Supplies, Earth Pits. Checking
Activation, updates of Software Licenses which are within warranty.
3) Study the history of alarms events to offer you changes in Software
and Hardware to obtain better system stability.
4) Checking Healthiness of existing SCADA machine including virus
check.
5) Taking backup of SCADA & Logic. Minor Rectifications in the software
can be carried out as and when required.
6) Annual Preventive maintenance and Services Contract is available on
an as-needed, scheduled, or full-time basis.
